Flat Glass

Twin Bay Glass warrants the installation of its residential and commercial glass systems, including windows, doors, mirrors, and shower/tub enclosures to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to this Limited Warranty. Any problems caused by an installation error, such as wind and water leaks*, and some types of stress cracks, will, at the option of Twin Bay Glass, be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
*(Some water leaks do not apply to shower/tub enclosures.)

This Limited Warranty is valid for a period of eighteen (18) months.

This Limited Warranty does NOT cover leakage or stress cracks caused by pre-existing structural damage, or other damage caused by improper use, vandalism, installation of aftermarket tint films or impact with foreign objects.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

Twin Bay Glass makes no other warranties of any kind. Any repair or attempts to repair the glass installed by anyone other than Twin Bay Glass automatically voids this Limited Warranty. Any oral or written statement concerning the glass installation inconsistent with this Limited Warranty shall be of no force and effect.

Auto Glass

Twin Bay Glass warrants the installation of new automotive glass to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to this Limited Warranty. Any problems caused by an installation error, such as wind and water leaks, loose moldings and some stress cracks, will at the option of Twin Bay Glass, be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. This Limited Warranty is valid for as long as you own your vehicle. To claim this Limited Warranty, you must present your invoice as proof of repair or replacement by Twin Bay Glass.

This limited warranty does NOT cover leakage or stress cracks caused by pre-existing rust, structural damage, or other damage caused by vandalism or impact with foreign objects. If Twin Bay Glass has to make chip repairs to your automotive glass and you are not satisfied with such repair, Twin Bay Glass will credit the cost of the chip repair toward replacement of the glass by Twin Bay Glass. In the event you request the repair of a rock chip or other damage caused by impact with foreign objects or by vandalism, you agree that Twin Bay Glass shall not be responsible for breakage that occurs in attempting such repairs.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR WINDSHIELD AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as Twin Bay Glass is willing and able to repair or replace the automotive glass installed. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE.
